synopsis
The scene is set in countryside. A household quarrel breaks out between Yamakan and Tama. The quarrel ends with a caning applied by the husband to the woman. Where Tama thinks of revenge, Mayutsuba and Taromaru appear who are looking for a exellent doctor for a girl from a strange illness, receiving the order from Wadachinojo, his father. Tama who met them had a good idea to introduce Yamakan as a special doctor to them. This doctor is an excellent but bizarre doctor who does not admit to be a doctor unless he is strongly beaten by a club. When Yamakan returns, the two valets ask him if he is a doctor, and Yamakan naturally denies him, he receives a caning and he agrees to be recognized as a doctor. Yamakan, who became a doctor without knowing anything, broke into Wadachinojo and examined Ayame. Ayame’s illness is actually a fake. It’s the disease of love. Who is the lover?
